Adding Categories and Components Faster

Each category has two quick actions: 'New Component in This Category' and 'Add Category Above'.

In a process's layout, 'New Component in This Category' opens the Add Component side panel limited to information built on the category's ontology. In a wizard template layout, the panel opens the same way but without that restriction. Each item in the panel has an 'Add to category' action that adds it at the top of the category, directly below the category title, and shifts the category's existing components down.
