Why is a question asked?

You see a question in the case manager, but you are not sure why it's asked.

For this, you can hold the ALT key pressed and a little icon will appear next to the title of the asked question. If you hover over that navigation icon, it will look like this:

Holding the ALT key displays a navigation icon that you can hover for more information.

As you can see, this tells you three things

  • The ID of the information that is being displayed (here INF-25)
  • The key of that information (name in this example)
  • Who ensured this information in the "Ensured by" section.

In this example, this question is being asked because the calculated name of the Entity ontology needs INF-23: name to be calculated. So, now we know this question is displayed because of our calculated name formula.
