These integrations exchange client data between a case and a CRM.

  • Avaloq: for banks that keep their client relationships in Avaloq, through CAPI, which reads contacts and CRM issues next to the client's master data
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: including Dynamics 365 for Financial Services
  • Salesforce: including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Any other CRM can serve as an external data source, from which a user copies a client's values into a case.
