Atfinity Intelligence

Definition

Atfinity Intelligence is the AI built into Atfinity. It powers:

  • Case conversations (new in Atfinity 17): read the case you have open, with its fields, documents and the text of uploaded files, reason about what it still needs, and fill fields in, write comments and move the case through a transition
  • Configuration conversations: read your configuration, explain why it behaves as it does, and build information, rules, documents, pages and more in the draft
  • AI Prompt rule actions: rule actions that run a prompt you write from the case data and write the answer into the case
  • AI Case Checks: checks that weigh each case against a pattern you describe in plain language

A conversation runs as the user it belongs to, so it reaches exactly what that user reaches. It changes something only when the conversation is on Read + write and the tenant allows changes. Each tenant decides under Integrations in AI whether conversations may use their tools. All of it runs on the language model your installation connects.

Example

In a case conversation, asked what the case still needs, Atfinity Intelligence lists the missing fields and separates the ones a rule requires from the optional ones. On Read + write it can then fill them in from the uploaded documents and move the case on.

See Using Atfinity Intelligence for what each conversation can do and how to follow what it did.
