Example: Changing the order of Personal Details Fields
Here’s the Draft stage screen for an Employee Onboarding case, as it appears to a user of the Case Manager:
Let’s focus on the Personal Details section, which, going from left to right and top to bottom, asks for:
Date of Birth
We decide it works better for us to change the order of Nationality(ies) and Date of Birth. These fields belong to the category Personal Details, so to change their order, we go to the configuration of that category.
Select the Personal Details category to get to its configuration:
Here, you see all the information fields listed in the order in which they will appear in the Case Manager.
Take these steps to change the order of Nationality(ies) and Date of Birth:
Click on 'Reorder'
Drag 'n drop it below 'nationalities'
Click 'Finish Reordering'
As with any changes you make to the atfinity configuration, you need to put them live before they take effect. Once that's done, you'll notice Nationality(ies) and Date of Birth have swapped places in the Draft stage screen for an Employee Onboarding:
