Settings

Under Settings, you can make system-wide adjustments for the following six areas:

Documents & Booklet

Filename format

Set placeholders that will be automatically replaced in a filename by unique values for each saved document and booklet. The placeholders are enclosed in hashtags. Your options for placeholders:

#DATE#

Replaced by the date, in YYYYMMDD format, on which the document or booklet is first saved/downloaded.

#OUTCOME_ID#

Replaced by the ID of the object that was generated by this case.

#TYPE#

Replaced by either the name of the document, or by booklet.

#LANGUAGE#

Replaced by the document's or booklet's language, using a two letter code, like en for English or fr for French.

Example:

If you set the set the following filename format here:

atfinity_#DATE#_#OUTCOME_ID#_#TYPE#_#LANGUAGE#

a booklet created in a case will have the following unique filename:

atfinity_20201123_abna3252_booklet_en

Allowed filetypes

For each medium type, indicate what type of file users can upload according to the format:

mediumtype/filetype

Each line can only hold one item here. If you want to allow multiple filetypes per medium, use one line per filetype.

Case Manager

Added or changed information in a case, can make certain fields irrelevant. For example, 'Employer Details' information fields will become irrelevant if a person in the case is retired or unemployed. However, a user could have already provided these answers at an earlier stage. This option enables you to remove these fields from view in the Case Manager.

Display not needed fields:

  • No: information fields that are not relevant, will disappear from view.

  • Yes: all configured information fields with provided values will be visible in the Case Manager, even when they have no relevance to the case.

Dashboard

Determine which elements should have a place on the Case Manager Dashboard. Your options are:

Show Cases in Dashboard

Yes: a box on the Dashboard will show all the cases you have access to.

Show Tasks in Dashboard

Yes: a box on the Dashboard shows the tasks connected to the case, and their urgency level.

Show Dashboard Greeting

Yes: a user will see a greeting text at the top of the Dashboard.

Dashboard Greeting

Enter the greeting, using this format:

Replace "en" and "de" with your default languages, and "Welcome!" plus "Wilkommen!" with the text you want to appear on the dashboard.

Notifications

Choose if a case owner gets an email notification each time the case transitions to a next stage in the workflow.

If you choose Yes, enter the email address(es) where the notifications should be send. The text of the message is auto generated by atfinity.

Tasks

Set the number of days before deadline, for which a task should be flagged with a warning, or marked as urgent.

Export

Set placeholders that will be automatically replaced with unique values for each exported document or booklet. Placeholders are enclosed in hashtags.

Your options for placeholders:

Languages

Set which languages you want to have available in the application. For each language other than English, you will need to provide translations.
