Settings
Under Settings, you can make system-wide adjustments for the following six areas:

Case Manager

Added or changed information in a case, can make certain fields irrelevant. For example, 'Employer Details' information fields will become irrelevant if a person in the case is retired or unemployed. However, a user could have already provided these answers at an earlier stage. This option enables you to remove these fields from view in the Case Manager.
Display not needed fields:
No: information fields that are not relevant, will disappear from view.
Yes: all configured information fields with provided values will be visible in the Case Manager, even when they have no relevance to the case.

Dashboard

Determine which elements should have a place on the Case Manager Dashboard. Your options are:
Option

Show Tasks in Dashboard

Show Dashboard Greeting

If you choose Yes, enter the email address(es) where the notifications should be send. The text of the message is auto generated by atfinity.
